These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase from Ardra Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product & Preorder Disclosure
All watches sold on ardralabs.com are preorder items.
The Delta Type is manufactured in limited quantities and assembled after orders are placed. Payment is collected immediately at the time of purchase to begin the manufacturing and production process.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your order is a preorder
Funds are captured immediately
Delivery will occur at a later date, as outlined below, after the price of the watch has been paid in full
The initial 50% deposit will only guarantee reservation of the piece in the production queue, and the second 50% payment will ensure the watch shipment is fulfilled
Orders are manufactured specifically based on preorder quantities once a minimum threshold of orders is reached. If the minimum threshold is not met, orders may be canceled and refunded.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Orders of The Delta Type are estimated to be shipped in August 2026, subject to change.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
Manufacturing schedules
Component availability
Quality control processes
International shipping and customs clearance
We will communicate material updates to your order via email.
4. Pricing, Currency, Shipping & Duties
All prices are listed in USD.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are handled as follows:
For certain destinations, orders may be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable import duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.
For other destinations, orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP), meaning import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Duties & Taxes are included (DDP) for shipping to USA, Canada, Europe and the UK.
For other destinations, duties and taxes will be handled by the customer (DAP).
We recommend customers check local import regulations and tax rates prior to placing an order. Ardra Labs is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.
4A. Customs & Import Responsibilities
Customs policies vary by country and are outside our control. Ardra Labs does not control how customs authorities assess declared value, duties, or taxes. Refusal to pay import charges may result in shipment abandonment or return, and any associated costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
5. Cancellation Policy (7-Day Window)
Preorder Deposit
The initial payment of $1,225 constitutes a non-refundable preorder deposit after a 7-day cooling-off period.
Customers may request cancellation for a full refund within 7 calendar days of placing the preorder. After this 7-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as production planning and supplier commitments are made based on confirmed preorder quantities.
Final Balance Payment
The remaining balance of $1,225 will be invoiced prior to shipment. Failure to remit the final balance within the stated payment window may result in cancellation of the order.
In such cases:
The initial preorder deposit will not be refunded.
Any final balance payment made may be subject to partial or full forfeiture depending on production status and incurred costs.
Production Threshold
All watches are manufactured based on preorder quantities once a minimum production threshold is reached. If the minimum threshold is not met, customers will receive a full refund of their deposit.

6. Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed:
To the original payment method
Within five (5) business days of approval
In the event of significant delivery delays beyond a reasonable timeframe, we will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue appropriately.
7. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
We are committed to resolving concerns directly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
8. Warranty & Repairs
Ardra Labs watches are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
Warranty service requests should be directed to support@ardralabs.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardra Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
The version in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that your order is a preorder with an estimated delivery timeline.
